This project consolidated a series of smaller rooms at ground floor level to create a spacious and luxurious kitchen family room, adding a generous main bedroom with ensuite and larger family bathroom on the first floor.

The 1930s style of the house informed the use of red brick and the soldier coursing detail at high level to the ground floor extension.
